4Mica provides credit-backed payment rails for services, agents, and platforms. To keep the network safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone, certain businesses and activities may not use 4Mica, and others may only use it with prior review and approval.
This list is not exhaustive. We may update it at any time, and we may decline, suspend, or terminate access for any business or activity we determine — in our sole discretion — to be high-risk, harmful, or out of line with these terms. If you are unsure whether your business is permitted, contact us at mairon@4mica.xyz before integrating.
By using 4Mica, you confirm that your business and use of the service comply with this policy and with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your customers.
Prohibited businesses
You may not use 4Mica for any business or activity in the categories below.
Illegal and sanctioned activity
- Anything illegal under the laws that apply to you, your customers, or 4Mica, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, regions, or any party on a government restricted-party list (for example, OFAC).
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or evasion of sanctions or export controls.
Financial crime and deceptive practices
- Fraud, scams, phishing, or any attempt to obtain funds or credit through deception.
- Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, "get rich quick" programs, and other unfair, predatory, or deceptive practices.
- Unauthorized sale or resale of another party's products or services, or trade in stolen goods, credentials, or data.
Intellectual property and counterfeit goods
- Counterfeit goods, or products and services that infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights of a third party.
Regulated, dangerous, and age-restricted goods
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related accessories.
- Illegal or recreational drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
- Items that promote hate, violence, harassment, or discrimination.
Adult content and services
- Pornography and other obscene material, and any services tied to it.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or any non-consensual services.
High-risk crypto activity
- Mixers, tumblers, or other tools whose primary purpose is to obscure the origin or ownership of funds.
- Unlicensed exchange, issuance, or transmission of digital assets where a license or registration is required.
- Wallets, protocols, or counterparties associated with theft, exploits, or laundering of digital assets.
Restricted businesses
The businesses below may use 4Mica only with prior written approval and may be subject to additional terms, controls, or limits. Contact us before you go live.
- Financial services, lending, credit, and money-services businesses.
- Gambling, betting, and games of skill or chance where money or value changes hands.
- Pharmacies, telemedicine, supplements, and other health-related services.
- Securities, commodities, derivatives, and investment or advisory services.
- Marketplaces and platforms that move funds between third parties on behalf of others.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your integration, business model, and customer base compliant with this policy as they change over time.
- Maintain any licenses, registrations, or approvals your activity requires.
- Respond promptly to requests for information needed to verify compliance.
Enforcement
If we believe a business or transaction violates this policy or applicable law, we may take action without prior notice, including pausing settlement, restricting access, holding or reversing funds where permitted, and terminating your use of 4Mica. We may also be required to report certain activity to regulators or law enforcement.
